Melbas' Chicken and Waffles
By HarlemHouse HarlemGuy reported a couple weeks back about Cedric Restaurant coming to Harlem. Cedric Lecendre, a Harlem resident and Bilboquet’s general manager and the nephew of its owner, Philippe Delgrange, has signed a lease for Cedric which will open within a month. Stopping by there last Friday I spoke briefly with Cedric and one of the employees.
