WASHINGTON HEIGHTS — The Dominican Film Festival is back in its sixth year of celebrating filmmakers and works that reflect the history, culture, and relationship between the Dominican Republic and the United States.
The festival, produced by Cine-Art Entertainment, this year will feature 70 movies throughout six different venues in Washington Heights, Harlem, Inwood and Midtown.
