The city’s newest Whole Foods debuts July 21st in Harlem at 125th Street and Lenox Avenue, nearly five years after the grocer announced the new store. As with all of their new stores, the company will mark the occasion with a bread-breaking ceremony Friday morning at 8:45 a.m., followed by the official door opening at 9 a.m.

A solid roster of local food makers will be stocking the shelves of the new store, including several who operate out of the Hot Bread Kitchen Incubator. Overall there will be 20 Harlem brands stocked at what is the company’s
