In this week&#8217;s edition (April 3), they list 20 of <a href=\"http:\/\/nymag.com\/realestate\/features\/microneighborhoods\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Next Big Neighborhoods<\/a> in New York City and two Harlem sections made the list!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/dataltgx-e3f8cti3u5djtbt7ej1zfrneyme-qb7dufwvjjh1pjlvi2hku9k7cummdrvztdhd4_o1az5dw0cvt-rdqe95rfb2-nm11nsvb1dy_gf-ehkucm0rnsokdudkl7vh1jk_s2dm2d1ta-kbg.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"data=LtgX-e3f8ctI3U5dJtbt7EJ1ZfRneYme,-QB7DufwVjjH1PJLvi2hKU9k7cUMMdrvZTdHd4_o1aZ5dW0CvT-RDqe95RFB2-nM11Nsvb1Dy_gF-EhkuCm0RNSOkdUDKl7vh1jK_s2dM2d1tA-Kbg\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/dataltgx-e3f8cti3u5djtbt7ej1zfrneyme-qb7dufwvjjh1pjlvi2hku9k7cummdrvztdhd4_o1az5dw0cvt-rdqe95rfb2-nm11nsvb1dy_gf-ehkucm0rnsokdudkl7vh1jk_s2dm2d1ta-kbg.gif\" width=\"270\" height=\"185\" \/><\/a>A big congrats to <a href=\"http:\/\/nymag.com\/realestate\/features\/microneighborhoods\/marcus-garvey-park-2011-4\/\" target=\"_blank\">Marcus Garvey Park<\/a>. \u00a0This area located in Central Harlem was ranked fourth out of 20.\u00a0NYMag says Marcus Garvey Park &#8220;is undergoing a several million dollar renovation, including smoothed-out sidewalks and the transformation of its existing bandshell into a state-of-the-art amphitheater.&#8221; In addition to park renovations, several buildings have sprung up, such as 5th on the Park, located at Fifth Avenue and 120th Street; and &#8220;the recently constructed Windows on 123, a pair of buildings graced with limestone-balconied apartments and full-floor lofts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nymag.com\/realestate\/features\/microneighborhoods\/hamilton-heights-2011-4\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hamilton Heights<\/a> located in West Harlem, finishes out the list placing 20th on the list.<\/p>\n<p>Another notable mention, is Manhattan Valley, which is right below Harlem on the Westside.
