Here is one of them. This Saturday (April 30), there is a public Community Health and Fitness Day from 9:30 AM-3:00pm in Harlem. The event will be hosted by Duke University in partnership with The Children&#8217;s Aid Society at the Dunlevy Milbank Boys &amp; Girls Club, where members of the Duke Club of New\u00a0York volunteer monthly.\u00a0Dunlevy Milbank Boys &amp; Girls Club is located at 14-32 West 118<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Street in Harlem.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/caslogo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-11113\" title=\"caslogo\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/caslogo.jpg?w=300\" height=\"180\" width=\"180\" srcset=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/caslogo.jpg 450w, http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/caslogo-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/caslogo-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/a>The event will offer locals, FREE of charge, basic medical\u00a0screenings, fitness classes, nutrition\/wellness seminars, and healthy cooking classes to encourage lifestyle choices that help prevent diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and other preventable medical conditions.
