HarlemCondoLife told you about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.harlemcondolife.com\/2009\/07\/17\/calling-doctor-diego-in-harlem\/\">Doctor Diego moving in<\/a> to that space, and there had been a lot of chatter online about a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nypost.com\/p\/news\/regional\/grimace_over_condo_mcd_g5YPY1jQEEnPSHY801iHmM\">McDonalds<\/a> going there and Subway. Well, we know a Subway franchise got it&#8217;s way and a deli. I guess the tenents\/owners in 111CPN were able to say &#8220;no way Jose&#8221; to the golden arches.
