He has proven that funny and strong women are box office gold through successful directorial efforts, including SPY, starring Melissa McCarthy, THE HEAT, starring Sandra Bullock &amp; Melissa McCarthy, and BRIDESMAIDS, starring Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph and Rose Byrne.
