href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/2012\/05\/21\/construction-begins-on-110th-street-and-manhattan-avenue\/\" target=\"_blank\">Construction Begins on 110th and Manhattan<\/a>\u00a0back in May of 2012, and now things seem to be taking off at a rapid speed. \u00a0 The name of this project is 240 Manhattan Avenue (by owner: 110 Manhattan Ave Equities LLC.)<\/p>\n<p>This future 22 story condominium on 110th Street and Manhattan Avenue has had a lot of activity lately and the structure is now visible from behind the fence. \u00a0After speaking with a gentleman on the listed telephone number at the construction site, he informed me that the building is still scheduled to be completed by January, 2014.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_19859\" will provide views of both Central Park and Morningside Park. \u00a0It is located just one block away from Frederick Douglass Boulevard <a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/harlemeats\/\" target=\"_blank\">Harlem&#8217;s Restaurant Row<\/a>. \u00a0There is also a subway entrance on the block as well as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/central-markets-new-york\" target=\"_blank\">Central\u00a0Market<\/a>\u00a0across the street, a Dry Cleaners, <a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/2012\/08\/07\/cafe-amrita-now-has-outdoor-seating\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Cafe Amrita<\/a>\u00a0and many other conveniences all within an arms reach.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/harlemeats\/\" target=\"_blank\">Harlem Condo
