It appears that this place of worship has decided &#8211; by choice I hope &#8211; to side with the real estate gods. \u00a0They have a for sale sign out in front! \u00a0From my understanding, this place of worship is not the first to deal in real estate and probably will not be the last. \u00a0<a title=\"Curbed.com\" href=\"http:\/\/curbed.com\/archives\/2007\/02\/13\/avalon_breaks_holy_ground_on_cathedral_parkway.php\" target=\"_blank\">St. John the Divine sold part of their property<\/a> to developers who built the <a title=\"Avalon\" href=\"http:\/\/www.avalonmorningsidepark.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Avalon on Morningside Heights Park<\/a> and the building going up on <a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/2009\/05\/05\/last-of-the-harlem-lots\/\" target=\"_self\">the northwest corner of 115th Street and Fredrick Douglass Blvd<\/a> is rumored to have a church inside the new condo once its complete.
