After many requests, Train Your Brain workshop will be given once again on July14th from 2PM-4PM.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop combines yoga philosophy with investigation of habit. Students will have a chance to investigate how the brain works and how they can be in charge of what information they are receiving. Learn how to train your brain by creating a clear mission and life path. In addition, Lara delves into the very popular &#8220;power of attraction&#8221; concept, divulging into its truths and clearing up its many misconceptions. Students leave with tools and techniques, such as basic meditation, that can be used beyond the workshop. Train Your Brain is great for anyone, yogi or non yogi, looking to goal set, make life changes, or just reignite their passions once again.
