I saw a big drill in one of the empty lots <a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/2009\/05\/05\/last-of-the-harlem-lots\/\" target=\"_self\">we posted about a few weeks back<\/a>. Generally when there is a drill like the one in the photo that means a developer or real estate company is preparing for some type of construction.
