Architecture, known for the quirky cantilevered <em><strong>100 Norfolk<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>15 Union Square West<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The new retail and residential at 1800 Park Avenue will be opposite the Metro-North station and the architect confirmed that &#8220;it will have two very large towers&#8221;
