We received a note from Harlem Lofts, Inc. informing us that leasing has started at the 220 St. Nicholas building. \u00a0There is no exclusive leasing agent, they are having several of Harlem’s best all\u00a0work towards leasing it out as co-exclusive leasing agents. \u00a0220 St. Nicholas<\/span><\/a><\/span> which was originally built for condos and has gone through a number of changes during construction, is now finally finished and ready for those looking for the newest high end rental building in Harlem to rent from. \u00a0See below for further information.<\/div>\n
