It will feature 124 rooms for visitors and 44 condo units for those who want to stay for a good long while. And, of course, there will\u00a0be a new addition to the local social scene called Bar W XYZ.<\/p>\n<p>Curbed recently posted a final rendering on it&#8217;s website. The development is still under construction and covered in scaffolding for now&#8211;and the opening seems to have been pushed back&#8211;but this is what the projected finished building will look like.
