Our questions or&#8230;shall we say prayers&#8230;have been answered. This place of worship is in contract for big dinero, ie $2,200,000, to be exact! That&#8217;s a good chunk of change for the 4800 sq<!--more--> ft, 10 room place.<\/p>\n<p>According to Corcoran, the place is under contract as commercial property. I asked if the church could be converted into residential property. I was directed by Corcoran to the certificate of occupancy. Where I looked, a C of O is not listed&#8230;yet.
