If you\u2019re not familiar with the Thiebu Djeun, Lamb Mafe, Debe, or any other item, don\u2019t fret, it\u2019s a great opportunity to venture into a new cuisine. I was in the mood for fish and was thrilled to have a choice of fried, grilled or baked Poisson.\u00a0 The portions were plentiful and reasonably priced. Sorrel and ginger juices complemented the beverage list.
