Sunday (August 28-29), rain or shine, in Spanish Harlem\u2019s streets, gardens, playgrounds and \u00a0community spaces.\u00a0 The event is a partnership of local community organizations and institutions led by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artforchange.org\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\">ART FOR CHANGE<\/a>, a not-for profit group that is committed to keeping arts alive in El Barrio and that seeks to engage artists as a voice for social justice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/hacia-artists.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7814\" title=\"Hacia artists\" src=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/hacia-artists.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/hacia-artists.jpg 2647w, http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/hacia-artists-300x83.jpg 300w, http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/hacia-artists-1024x285.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/hacia-artists-800x223.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a>Now in its third year, Hacia Afuera, which means \u201cto go outside\u201d, will showcase an outdoor exhibition of local &amp;
