But what&#8217;s confusing is that some are reporting\/blogging that the church in South Harlem \u00a0is represented by Corcoran. Hmm. My online research shows that this property is with <a href=\"http:\/\/realestate.nytimes.com\/sales\/detail\/46-1302429\/371-373-Manhattan-Avenue-New-York-NY-10026\" target=\"_blank\">Prudential Douglass Elliman<\/a> and that the broker is Brian Phillips, who I believe is based right here in Harlem. \u00a0I don&#8217;t think Corcoran is involved any more. Back in April, we blogged about how <a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/2010\/04\/17\/harlem-church-to-become-harlem-mosque\/\" target=\"_blank\">the mosque on Frederick Douglass Blvd between 115th and 116th Street was moving<\/a> to 371-373 Manhattan Avenue. We now know that deal fell through.
