I have been on holiday&#8230;(still am) and have fallen behind on my blog posting. Any how, I have received several messages about our awesome neighborhood\/community, ie the surrounding area of <a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/?s=Frederick+Douglass+Blvd\" target=\"_blank\">FDB<\/a>, being chosen as a finalist in <a href=\"http:\/\/ny.curbed.com\/archives\/2010\/12\/29\/curbed_cup_finals_5_harlems_fdb_vs_7_northside.php\" target=\"_blank\">Curbed.com&#8217;s<\/a> New York City neighborhood of the year for 2010. That is wonderful news. However, it&#8217;s quite not good enough. We need to win it! If you believe our community should win, <a href=\"http:\/\/ny.curbed.com\/archives\/2010\/12\/29\/curbed_cup_finals_5_harlems_fdb_vs_7_northside.php\" target=\"_blank\">click here to vote<\/a>.
