Today, I stumbled across <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2010\/12\/29\/dining\/reviews\/29cheap.html?_r=1&amp;src=me&amp;ref=style\" target=\"_blank\">this article<\/a> about low-budget restaurants that <a href=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/briefs-1-articleinline2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-9935\" title=\"Kuti's, a take-out place\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/harlemcondolife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/briefs-1-articleinline2.jpg\" height=\"264\" width=\"190\" \/><\/a>stood out in 2010. Out of 15 restaurants listed by <em>The New York Times<\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2010\/08\/04\/dining\/reviews\/04briefs-2.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kuti&#8217;s<\/a>, located in Harlem at 355 West 116th Street, was named one of &#8220;the best of casual restaurants reviewed in 2010 proved that delicious doesn\u2019t have to mean expensive.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kuti&#8217;s opened up in the first business quarter of 2010 (March) and is owned by\u00a0Abdhul Traore, who also happens to be the chef!<\/p>\n<p>Congrats to Kuti&#8217;s in Harlem and Mr. Traore on the accolade.
