Harlem Lofts Lights Up Harlem Townhouses With Holiday Cheer

“Harlem Lights” from Harlem Lofts spreading Holiday Cheer!

(New York, NY) (December 6, 2013) In an effort to continually approach real estate from new angles, Harlem’s exclusive real estate service firms, Harlem Lofts, Inc. (Harlem Lofts) and Harlem Property Re+Development, Inc. (HPRe+D), will be graciously decorating more than 20 Harlem Townhouses this weekend that are homes of past and present clients.

”I’ve wanted to do this for years now in an effort to thank our clients while spreading holiday cheer and boosting the spirit and the look of our neighborhood” says Robb Pair, President of Harlem Lofts  & HPRe+D. “The design will be those 1950’s retro large-bulb, blue holiday lights that will outline our clients’ entire townhome.”  Harlem Lofts will fund the project with their clients’ permission, while its redevelopment and construction arm, HPRe+D will be doing the physical labor as they string over 3,000 lights total during this holiday project. Mr. Pair alluded to continuing this annual event for his companies into the future in a show of appreciation and festivity for the community in which he not only works, but also lives and raises his family.

“Robb was low-key about this holiday project that he started back in 2008, when he switched his focus to representing sellers. He has been successful in selling and breaking multiple-price records for his neighbors in the process and wants to show appreciation in this out-of-the-blue, big bright way, literally!” according to Harlem’s Global Real Estate Advisor, Buyer Agent and company Rental Team “Guru,” Craig Rothfeld.

“In fact, over the years several individual investors became so charmed by Harlem they decided to call Harlem their home and have moved into our uniquely cultured neighborhood in Manhattan. It’s important to love where you live and work and I especially enjoy showing my gratitude with this holiday project.” concluded Robb Pair.

Thanks to Harlem Lofts for helping to Light up some of the beautiful brownstones and townhouses in Harlem.  Happy Holidays!
