Join the Communities of Harlem Health Revival (CHHR) next Sunday, September 25th for their 6th Anniversary Health Festival in Jackie Robinson Park, 145th St. & Bradhurst Ave. The festival will include games, entertainment, and complimentary health screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and breast health.

The Health Walk steps off at 2:00 p.m. from 110th St. & Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., Blvd. and will end at the Festival. Join your neighbors for the walk to Jackie Robinson Park. For more information or to volunteer, go to chhrinfo.org.
