Healthy Living In Harlem

The Harlem Center for Healthy Living, located on 118th right off St. Nicholas Avenue (in the Rosa Parks Building) is a community based organization dedicated to making wellness practices accessible to everyone in the community. 

For a very small ($25 as of this writing) lifetime membership fee, members enjoy a host of activities including exercise classes, special health workshops, and support services.
