Due to a change in rent and needing more space, The Winery, which is currently located at Frederick Douglass Blvd. between 116th and 117th Street, is moving to 257 West 116th Street. Work is happening now on the new space in order for the move to be completed in about a week. Product offering will remain the same. The only things that are changing is location and the awning. When you come out of the B and C train at 116th, you will see the new Winery location on the northeast corner of 116th Street.

I would have gone over there & seen an empty space &……thought another local business bit the dust.
Your welcome. We would have done the same -gone over there and wonder what’s up. Now I hope someone else moves into their old space, which is right next to Frizzante!
altho running a bookstore is tough, that would be nice
or maybe a cozy coffee shop to let Starbucks know they should not have raised there prices!
Do you remember the Tribal Spears Cafe?
I don’t think they’ve filled that space yet.
Tough business but we sure could use a book store.
The landlord increased their rent dramatically so they had no choice but to shut down business.
