Chef Ryan Skeen has turned over his expertise to Chef David Santos. I won’t get into the story of why the Restaurant changed chefs this has already been written about.

Is tomorrow an open house for the restaurant (sampling food, etc.) or simply just opening for business? It would be nice to have an introduction for the neighbors.
