By HarlemGuy I’ve been spending all of my time in the last few weeks at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital on the Upper East Side. During that time I was fortunate to find comfort in a little bit of Harlem on 71st and York in the form of a food truck for the Jamaican restaurant Yvonne Yvonne located at 301 West 135th street. I made a point of grabbing a bite to eat every day during the last two weeks, as long as I could get there between 11:00am an 3:30, their hours of operation.
