The survey will help assess community needs, Community Board 11 said.
The neighborhood will see $1.49 million dispersed over four years to help spur economic activity.
Officials plan to get feedback from the community on how to use the funds.
The school said it has not been equitably assessed for serving students with high needs.
The supermarket plans to open within the next year after a rash of local grocery store closures.
Applications are open for units at 69 E. 125th St. through the city’s affordable housing lottery.
The city committed to making 20 percent of the units affordable.
