Looks like very soon and hopefully any day now Vinateria will be opening their door to New York in Harlem. After speaking with one of the owners recently about what we can expect from them, it remains pretty much the same as what we posted a few months back (see previous post) Vinateria Coming Along In Harlem. Gustavo Lopez will be developing Vinateria’s menu and daily specials, and Gabriela Davogustto will be developing their wine and beverage program.
The concept behind Vinateria is expected to be a full food and wine offerings with an Italian/global influence. Sounds good to me. A corner location for a new restaurant is always a plus , Melba’s, Lido, Chocolàt, Maison Harlem and now soon Vinateria. Stay tuned for our menu review and opening announcements coming soon.
