Check out an inspiring and motivational speech delivered by Ashton Kutcher at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards the other night.  Where he reveals his real first name and shares with the kids three valuable pieces of advice.  Not only for the teens in the audience, but for all of us to think about and consider.

“Creativity is just connecting things.  When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something.  It seemed obvious to them after a while.  That’s because they were able to connect experiences they’ve had and synthesize new things.”

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.  Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.  Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice.  And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.  They somehow already know what you truly want to become.  Everything else is secondary.”
