Tuesday is Primary Day in New York State. Polls in New York City are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Voters statewide will decide the Republican candidates for governor and United States senator, and the Democratic candidate for state attorney general. There are also races for numerous Congressional and state legislative offices. Voter information is available from the State Board of Elections at www.vote-ny.com or by calling 1-800-FOR-VOTE (1-800-367-8683); and from the City Board of Elections at www.vote.nyc.ny.us or by calling 1-866-VOTE-NYC (1-866-868-3692).
