Harlem has a flood risk zone per the latest maps we’ve inspected. So please take appropriate cautions of you live in or near the area, or have any friends or family at risk.

Thank God we dodged a bullet with the flooding. As far as I know there was no flooding in Harlem. Hurricane is on its way out.
Thanks for the webcame info. People should put plants and loose items that are out on their balconies inside their apartments, so they don’t blow into windows. Just a thought.
There is only one Flood zone which is the one shown in the picture. The other zones appear OK. An earlier post has a larger map into which you can enter your address. Hope this helps.
