HGTV’s “Design Stars,” is a television series which features 12 interior designers battling it out for the ultimate design crown.
Trendy Manhattan brownstones were featured in the show’s season finale.
Finalists Meg Caswell and Karl Sponholtz tasked with each redesigning a room in a Harlem brownstone for real-life homeowners, then turning each of their projects into five-minute pilot presentations.
Meg Caswell won. I’m glad they featured Harlem! (Yes one of the brownstones was in Brooklyn)
Nice report. I believe one of the final brownstones was in Brooklyn. The one in Harlem won the contest though.
