34 days to get your Harlem Halloween on and the Ricky’s Pop Up Costume Superstore in the old Hue-Man bookstore space on Frederick Douglass Boulevard is ready for dressing up (although their sign is a little oversized). This year Ricky’s has some competition in the form of Spirit Halloween on 125th between FDB and Adam Clayton Powell.
