*Norman Rockwell (February 3, 1894 – November 8, 1978) lived as a child in Harlem at 789 St. Nicholas Avenue. In July 2011 President Barack Obama had the painting “The Problem We All Live With” installed in the White House, in a hallway outside the Oval Office.
