I have enjoyed watching our neighborhood grow and the many restaurants have added to the pleasure of dining frequently with my friends and family. The one cuisine that is missing in my book is Chinese. When will a smart restrauantuer or chef open up a Chinese Restaurant. Any area of China would be welcomed. Not “Asian Fusion” or Chinese and Sushi”, but Canton, Fukanese Szechwan or other area of that vast country. Or a Halal Chinese restaurant to gain patrons from the Muslim community? Just sayin’.
