Harlem Shake and Pompette Wines will hold their first “Burger & Wine Fest” on Saturday, February 20^th. An interactive tasting event organized to prove that wine is a perfect pairing for all sorts of unexpected eats, the “Fest” is ideal for longtime wine lovers and newbies alike.

Uptown Experts Uncork the Reasons Wine Doesn’t Have to be High Brow

WHAT: Think wine should be saved only for fancy occasions? Thinks again! On Saturday, February 20^th, uptown’s favorite burger and shake joint will team up with Harlem newcomer Pompette Wines to show you why vino pairs perfectly with all sorts of indulgent eats.

Starting at 4:00PM, Pompette managers Mozel Watson and Joffrey Tilly will school participants on why wine works so well with food, and then move on to an interactive tasting that features Harlem Shake’s greatest hits (burgers, fried chicken, the sonoran dog and more!) paired with wines that take their flavor to the next level. The menu includes:
