I have friends who rent in this building, the common complaint is that you here absolutely everything through the floors/walls. Definitely do your homework before making an offer on anything in this building.
Wow that is some view of CPW and great location. But the 3 bed doesn’t look like it has very good views.
What is the issue with the developer?
