A complaint submitted to the Board of Elections Tuesday Aug. 16, 2017 accuses District Leader Keith Lilly of not living in the district he represents.

HARLEM — The Board of Elections is investigating claims that a district leader lives outside the district he represents.
The announcement of the investigation came Tuesday afternoon, after 68th Assembly District leader Gina Smith told BOE commissioners that Keith Lilly, who represents part of the 68th district, lives in the 70th.
“The address is not correct,” Smith said under oath.
