Central Harlem Building Going Down

I was walking along 110th Street and noticed the building on 110th Street and Manhattan Avenue was halfway knocked down. It appears this corner, which has been untouched forever with scaffolding, is going down, kuhputz, adios, etc. I wonder what’s going to happen with this space?  Maybe a new apartment building or retail space? Either way its prime Harlem real estate since its one block from Central Park North and right across the street from Morningside Heights Park.  If anyone knows, tell HarlemCondolife.com!
