A graduate student at the CUNY School of Journalism interviewed several individuals, including HarlemCondoLife.com, about the events that occurred back in May 2010 when Lee Lee’s almost closed and asked “what made the boutique Harlem bakery reopen? 1. Social media is certainly something that helped. Especially when it comes to niche markets whose residents tend to spend a lot of time online, and when a niche online community is already strongly established. Like, for instance, Harlem condo life, harlem bespoke, harlem world, harlem loves, as opposed to The “F” word (uhh, facebook?). all businesses should be looking at Red rooster’s social media plan and see how they executed.
