Jado Sushi is open tonight to the public. Tonight is what owner Nobu Otsu is calling their soft opening where you will be able to sample selected items from the full menu which will be coming soon. The grand opening will be in a couple of weeks.
Nobu is also owner of “The Winery” located on 116th Street just off Frederick Douglass Boulevard. We have been looking forward to the opening of Jado Sushi since we heard about it first hand from Nobu at the end of last year. The interior has a sophisticated and elegant feel to it and extends further back than you would think by looking at the front of the restaurant.
