Christopher Lowman’s Fundraiser for the MALEZI PRIMARY SCHOOL will be hosting a wonderful evening in Tribeca for a very good cause. See the invite and personal note from Christopher below and help spread the word. RSVP if you are able to attend for a night of fellow New Yorkers coming together to help raise money to build a self-sustaining primary school in s harsh Nairobi slum that will offer education to children with little hope. We hope to see a big turn out for this event.

Greetings friends,
I will make way for the US and UK again, before returning to India to complete the year and fundraising for the Malezi school. First stop is New York City, my hometown, for a fundraiser on 8th August that will benefit the school.
If you’re in the area, please consider joining me at a beautiful home in TriBeCa anytime between 6 pm and 9 pm for an evening of good food, drinks, and company. Please also consider sharing the invite around with others who might be a good fit.
We recently…
Cracked the $5k mark of donations received.
Purchased the land the school will be built on.
Received a donation large enough to launch our livelihood project of selling clean water, which will enable us to start earning money toward our own start-up costs.
Bit by bit we will do this. And again, this is not just about helping poorest of the poor children with no hope of receiving an education. This is about the power of values-based education and grassroots community organization in the name of love, and what possibilities this can open for a positive future, even in a sorely challenged slum environment.
Online sharing link for Dream NYC on 8-8 here (or copy flyers from this email). RSVP to me, and I hope to see you there! 🙂
