Since we first posted about this new pizza joint coming to Harlem back in early December 2013 before the name was even confirmed, we have been promising opening dates. Well it is official Custom FUEL Pizza will open their doors Wednesday, February 26th see our previous review(s) below and on Harlem Restaurant Row.
Let’s hope the pizza is good and the service is friendly and efficient. Looking forward to stopping in this week to check it out for ourselves and you can be sure that we will blog about our experience.
With 1 Forno, Bad Horse pizza, and further East Patsy’s in Harlem, we have great pizza options in west, central and east Harlem. Who needs to go below 110th Street anymore for pizza!

I posted about FUEL when the news was about. I do know some of the partners and tried the DC branch more than a year ago. If this new outpost follows the lead of the DC version you will find very fresh salads delish pizza and a friendly welcoming staff. Good lunch in our neighborhood. Sue Epler
