  1. Why is the great bar and restaurant Native always left off your lists of restaurants? Just because they are not on Eighth Avenue doesn’t mean they should not be included in mentions about restaurants. Native was long a neighborhood fixture before anything notable opened on 8th. And it happens to be a fabulous haunt for a varied crowd, and has catered excellently to the growing number of gays and lesbians moving to Harlem.
