There are a lot of celebrations happening this weekend in Harlem for Gay Pride. After a momentous and triumphant week for the LGBT community, people are really ready to celebrate gay pride.
A few places in Harlem where you can celebrate are at Aloft Harlem Hotel on FDB Friday, June 28th 7 pm – 11 pm. Red Rooster (Ginny’s Supper Club) on Lenox Ave, Sunday June 30th starting at 8 pm. MIST (My Image Studios) on 116th Street Friday, June 28th 8 pm & Saturday, June 29th 9 pm. Jackie Robinson Park “Harlem Pride 2013 Celebration Day” from 12 pm – 6 pm featuring DJ Andre Collins and a long list of Live Performances. Many other businesses are participating such as Harlem Food Bar, Jado Sushi, 5 and Diamond, Lido and Melba’s who have always been supportive in past years.
