Harlem’s Cantina (Review)

Cantina 1838

Cantina 1838 located at 1838 Adam Clayton Powell has a great happy hour.  The restaurant has a nice size bar, offers good service, food and drinks.  You can’t go wrong with $2.00 tacos and $4.00 beers and margaritas during their happy hour from 4-7 pm.  We had the chicken, fish and pork tacos along with beer and margaritas.

I am looking forward to dinner there next as they have a great menu including short rib burritos and lobster and chipotle tacos to name a few.  If you are looking for a great “Happy Hour” and authentic Mexican food in Harlem you should definitely try it out.  Here is their MENU.

  1. This place looks great but it is so unfortunate that this will probably be direct competition for Lolita’s – excellent food and atmosphere, but has the unfortunate location being in the dead zone next to those wretched projects on Lenox…
